After 20 years of steadfast service as a financial consultant to ICF, Elizabeth Corrow officially joined the International Community Foundation in 2022 as the Director of Finance. As the Director of Finance, Elizabeth manages all aspects of ICF’s finance operations, accounting for ICF’s growing portfolio of grants, agency funds, and special projects in Mexico and Latin America. This includes developing budgets, financial reports, and analyses, as well as managing compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

Elizabeth brings many years of deep expertise to our team having seen ICF through tremendous financial growth and having worked for San Diego Foundation and supporting Olivewood Gardens & Learning Center.

Aside from being Director of Finance at ICF, Elizabeth is also a director and producer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Theatre and Hispanic Studies from St. Olaf College and a master’s degree from the Business School at San Diego State University. She is the founder of Oracle Performing Arts.
