Eyra Erickson joined the International Community Foundation in January 2023. As Development Manager, she supports ICF’s Development and Programmatic teams stewarding various projects and fund relationships with a special focus in Central America.

Eyra has 10+ years of experience in devising, managing and carrying out successful binational /bicultural outreach strategies and orchestrating special programs and events in a variety of fields. Prior to ICF, Eyra served at the United States Consulate General in Tijuana, Mexico supporting the development of binational cooperation opportunities.

Her career is supported by a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a Translation and Interpretation Specialty; both from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California.

Originally from Mexico, she is passionate about international affairs; and believes that worldwide cooperation is a tool to protect human rights and advancing social justice.
