As the Administrative & Marketing Assistant, Francisco Padilla provides administrative assistance for the President & CEO and Director of Philanthropy. He also assists the marketing team with the creation and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with the goals and values of the organization.

Francisco joined the International Community Foundation in 2023 as a temporary Executive Administrative Assistant and has recently joined the team as the Administrative & Marketing Assistant. Prior to ICF, Francisco was the Director of Social Communication & Public Relations for XXIII Government of Ensenada. He worked as a Clinic Manager at International Medical Response, and was also an Operations Manager at Super Aqua 2000 Ensenada.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Baja California.
