As ICF’s Program Manager, Jennifer assists in the management of ICF’s growing portfolio of agency and special projects in Latin America. She provides administrative, technical, and operational support to the core team.

Jennifer has vast experience in project and fund management with local and international organizations. She previously worked for Charitable Ventures, a nonprofit focused on incubating budding organizations so they can attain their own nonprofit status. As a Program Specialist, Jennifer managed a portfolio of 10 sponsored projects and oversaw their compliance to internal policies, while also providing administrative, financial, and technical assistance.

Jennifer holds an MA, in Global Affairs from the University of Toronto and a BA in Political Science and Spanish from the University of California Irvine. Jennifer enjoys reading new series, cooking, baking, and playing video games.
