WHAT WE DO
Philanthropic Partnerships that Get Results
Convening – the process of bringing together people, ideas and resources to improve the quality of life for local residents – is one of the core responsibilities of a community foundation. At ICF, we uphold this responsibility by transforming passion into results through strategic partnerships, teamwork, and pooling of international knowledge, expertise and resources.
As part of our mission to create lasting improvements in education, health and the environment in our target regions, we work with donors, government agencies, nonprofit organizations and academic institutions to create collaborative partnerships that:
Bring new and creative ideas and perspectives into the public dialog
Provide an objective space for people to initiate conversations on difficult topics
Invite regional influencers and decision makers to educate themselves about potential opportunities for sustainable and equitable growth
Inform key decision makers in the public and private sectors about new data, science, relevant publications and research.
Over 25 years of grantmaking in Mexico and Latin America, ICF has developed long-standing relationships with the individuals and organizations that have the resources and expertise to effect meaningful change.
Our ability to connect these people and organizations enables us to approach our grantmaking in a more strategic and organized manner to maximize the available resources in the communities and regions we serve.
